Portuguese MEP José Ribeiro e Castro organises a conference "Two views - a common vision" on the EU - Cape Verde Special Partnership in Brussels on 10 September.
Cape Verde's politicians and diplomats as well as the European Commission representatives will attend the conference, which takes place in room ASP 5E3 from 16.00 hours.
