Women in Science

Jerzy Buzek MEP (EPP-ED, Poland), rapporteur for the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, will participate together with Viviane Reding, EU Commissioner responsible for Information Society and Media in the celebration of European Laureate of the L'ORÉAL-UNESCO Awards For Women In Science. The ceremony will take place at the Bibliothèque Solvay on Tuesday, 27th March 2007 at 18:30, in the presence of “For Women In Science” Laureates for Europe. Mr Koïchiro Matsuura, Director-General of UNESCO and Mr Jean-Paul Agon, CEO of L´ORÉAL will be also present.
