Following the Commission's communication on the CAP health check, the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development is holding a public hearing on the subject on Tuesday, 27th November in the European Parliament.
The hearing will be held between 15h00 and 18h30 in the plenary chamber, and will be opened by Neil Parish MEP (United Kingdom), Chairman of the committee. Lutz Goepel MEP (Germany), rapporteur on the health check, will also make introductory remarks.
High level experts and academics will participate to discuss topics such as direct payments stabilisation, territorial coherence, rural development, and family farming.
