"Dys" children in Strasbourg

| On Tuesday 18 November in Strasbourg, the President of the European Parliament, Hans-Gert Pöttering, and the Greek MEP Marie Panayotopoulos-Cassiotou, Chairwoman of the Intergroup on Family and Protection of Childhood, had the opportunity to meet "dys" children and to underline the importance of facing the matter at an early age. The EU needs to take action in order to support the sectors of health, education, employment and the fight against discrimination considering that nowadays children suffering from "dys" diseases is as much as 10% in EU. |
