EPP-ED Hearing: "GALILEO/EGNOS applications and services - The Way Forward"
The EPP-ED Group hold a hearing on the application of the Galileo/EGNOS navigation system on Thursday 12th June.

The event was livestreamed on our website, and was chaired by Slovakian MEP Ján Hudacký MEP.

MEPs from the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy, as well as Commission representatives and satellite navigation experts discussed the future of the applications and services provided by Galileo. The project was given the green light by Parliament in April of this year, paving the way for the first common European infrastructure.

The hearing took place between 14.30 and 17.30 in room PHS 3C050.
