Public Hearing on Governance in the European Commission

The Budgetary Control Committee is holding a hearing on Governance in the European Commission on Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th October in the European Parliament. EPP-ED spokesperson Inge Gräßle MEP (Germany) will put the focus on the better governance of the European Commission through efficiency, accountability and political, ethical and financial responsibility.


Prominent speakers include ex-Commissioner Antonio Vitorino, the Maltese member of the Court of Auditors, Josef Bonnici, and the Commission's Director-General of Personnel, Claude Chêne.
