Sunday 30 April and Monday 1 May 2006 in Strasbourg

The European Parliament threw open its doors and invited the public to come and have a look at the place where MEPs work.

The events started in Strasbourg on Sunday 30 April and Monday 1 May. Several debates with MEPs took place as well as cultural presentations and events connected to the 25 Member States of the European Union, as well as the candidate countries. The Parliament in Brussels opened its doors to the public on 6 May.

As every year, the EPP-ED Group presented its policies and activities through its various information stands.
