Europe's business environment will be simplified, as the Legal Affairs Committee adopts its position on company law on Thursday, 27th March. EPP-ED Rapporteur Klaus-Heiner Lehne MEP (Germany) favours the individual simplification of existing EU Directives rather than scrapping them altogether as they have brought about comparability in the single market.
