Promoting Sustainable Transport Policy

Luís Queiró MEP (Portugal) is organising the first Symposium on Sustainable Transport in the European Parliament on Monday 3 December.
Mr Queiró is a Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Transport and Tourism of the European Parliament. |
The main topics on the agenda are the reduction of air transport pollution, the promotion of clean urban transports and clean engines, as well as the concept of co-modality as the answer for sustainable transport policy.
The four roundtables of the symposium will be attended by several experts from the European institutions as well as industry representatives.
