Lisbon summit

Talks began on Thursday 18th October on the Reform Treaty at the Lisbon summit. Once agreement is reached between all EU heads of state and governments, the Treaty can be signed in December of this year, and the ratification process can then begin in the 27 Member States of the European Union.
