Extraordinary meeting on the IGC results

The European Parliament's Foreign Affairs committee and the enlarged EP bureau will gather today for an extraordinary meeting to discuss the results of the last round of the Intergovernmental Conference on the Reform Treaty.

The programme includes an exchange of views with Mr Lobo Antunes, Secretary of State for European Affairs of Portugal and acting President-in-Office of Council, on the results of the General Affairs and External Relations Council (GAERC - the meeting of EU Member States' foreign ministers) of 15 - 16 October 2007.

The meeting will take place in room ASP 5G2 from 18.00.
